My background

 I was born in 1981, in Moscow (Russian Federation).

 The first stories I wrote at the age of 11.
Since 2001 I regulary have been published fairy-tales, stories, poems and art articles in different newspapers. I contribute to the newspapers: “My Capital-city — News”, “Megalopolis”, “Pyramydka”, “Ai-Danek”.

 In 2003 I graduated from the Kyrgyz state university of construction, transportation and architecture“ as an art critic.

 An important part of my life is scientific activity. Now I am the author of 20 scientific and popular-scientific articles.
In 2005 my monograph “The history of the Kyrgyz national appied art: Kyrgyz ornament`s evolution from the ancient times to the 20-th century” was published.

 In 2010 I finished and published my second monograph “The ornament`s role in the formation of the architecture of Kyrgyzstan (genesis, evolution, national traditions)”. In 2012 I became a candidate of architecture (PhD) on two specialities: theory and history of architecture; and ethnography, ethnology and anthropology.

 In 2006 The Social foundation of creative young people “AMITY” published my fairy-tales` collections “The curative spring” and “An incident in Flowergarden”.
In 2009 the book “Flowergarden: Fairytales” was published thanks to the assistance of The Social foundation of authors` support.

 I live in Bishkek city (former Frunze), in the Kyrgyz Republic.
In 2003 - 2008 I worked as a teacher at the design department of the Kyrgyz state university of I. Arabaev.
Now I am the director of Germanic center at Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University.

 It`s great honour for me that my books are kept in chief libraries and children`s organizations of the USA, Canada, Great Britain, New Zealand, Russia, Byelorussia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan.

 Since the end of 2008 to the present my articles, tales and stories are represented in on-line library “New Literature of Kyrgyzstan” (in Russian).

 In December of 2010 I became a prize-winner of the annual literary competition “Many languages - one world”.

 On May 30-31, 2014 I took part in the Forum of young Russian-speaking writers of Kyrgyzstan devoted to M.Yu. Lermontov's 200th anniversary.

 On April 2nd, 2009, I took part as a children's writer at the morning programme "Zamana" on KTRK with journalist Vladimir Petukhov. On May 20th and 22nd, 2016, "The 5th Channel" showed the programme "Vladimir Petukhov invites" with my participation. Link to video. Reserve link.

 On June 16th, 2016, my poetic event had passed in Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University, that marked 15th anniversary of my creative action. Link to video. Reserve link.

 On March 11th, 2019, I took part in TV program "Hard day`s evening" (anchorperson - Aigul Kurmanova) on the topic of "Disappiaring Bishkek", on the TV channel TV1.KG. You can watch the program following the link. Reserve link.

 In September, 2019 Kutaalam Publishing House produced my children's books "The Tiger Baby and the Hedgehog", "The Curative Spring" and "The Grasshopper and the Snail" with new colour illustrations (by artists T. Dedikova and M. Bekov).

 On October 14th, 2019, I participated in TV program "Hard day`s evening" on the TV channel TV1.KG (anchorperson - Maxim Poletaev). I told about my three new books, published by "Kutaalam" publishing house. Link to video. Reserve link.
