In this part we offer the project of reconstruction of the former building of Research institute of electrical machine-building in renovated form with Kyrgyz national patterns as architectural décor (kochkor muiuz, tort muiuz, tabak oiu, ala monchok, toguz dobo and badam). During many years the building of the former institute, situated in the crossing of Abdyrahmanov and Toktogul Streets, was in the list of local architectural monuments. At the beginning the two-storied building, erected in 1931, was a hospital and then was given to Research institute of electrical machine-building. In the 1960 – early 1990s the research institute, which made a great contribution to the republic’s science, collaborated closely with Frunze polytechnic institute and Fizpribory plant. In 1992 the institute was reorganized in the scientific technical centre “Electrotechnika”. Different commercial offices worked in the building for last 25 years. Not big decorative fountain in the form of a jug was located near its main entrance. The monument was pulled down in the beginning of February of 2024 on the pretext of its emergency condition.

  This historical monument was a composite and a harmonic part of Mossovet district as a flower shop, two-storied buildings, a garden with fountains and a trading house, situated near it. The reconstructed building can become a social or an administrative institution (connected with culture, education, public health, etc.).
