In the 1970-80s the exhibition became the complex of buildings, arboretum, two man-made lakes and parks with the total area of 110 hа. Vine-yards, more than 15 sorts of fruit trees and 20 kinds of flowers were located in the territory of main lot. Camels, yaks, roe deer, mountain goats and the other animals in habited at small zoo, rare kinds of cranes, black swans and pelicans swam in the man-made lakes. 10 key and 3 specialized pavilions were situated in the territory of the exhibition. The building of the main pavilion, built in 1974 (architectsV. Lyzenko, А. Nezhurin and the others), belonged to the style of modernism and drew attention to itself by its original architectural forms, which had no analogies in post-Soviet countries. The main pavilion was struck off from the list of republican architectural monuments and then it was pulled down in January of 2025.
